🎯 REQUIREMENTS

✔ Proven experience in LNG Vessel, FPSO, or FLNG production operations

✔ Strong background in offshore maintenance and production systems

✔ Experience in developing process and commissioning procedures

✔ Ability to lead and supervise site technicians effectively

✔ Strong knowledge of ORA (Operational Readiness & Assurance)

✔ Offshore Oil & Gas experience is mandatory

🏭 Production Supervisor

✔ Oversee offshore production activities
✔ Ensure safe and efficient operations
✔ Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams

⚙️ Maintenance Supervisors (Mechanical & E&I)

✔ Plan and supervise maintenance activities
✔ Ensure equipment reliability and uptime
✔ Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions

🧠 Leadership Responsibilities

✔ Manage offshore technicians and work teams
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
✔ Support commissioning and readiness activities
