🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✔ Gulf Construction or Fabrication Yard experience is mandatory

✔ Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, EPC, Offshore, or Industrial Projects

✔ Strong leadership and workforce management skills

✔ Knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding procedures, coating specifications, and quality requirements

✔ Familiarity with HSE standards and safe work practices

✔ Ability to supervise and coordinate construction teams effectively

✔ ITI, Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification preferred
