🎯 Role Overview

Selected candidates will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and safety regulations.

💡 Requirements & Qualifications

✔ Experience:
Minimum 8–15+ years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC industry (depending on position level)

✔ Education:
Relevant Degree / Diploma / ITI certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related disciplines

✔ Certifications & Approvals:

• Valid KSE Membership (Kuwait Society of Engineers) – for Engineers
• KNPC / KIPIC / KOC approvals (mandatory for Engineers & Inspectors where applicable)

✔ Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, commissioning, and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, SLDs, loop diagrams, and technical drawings
• Hands-on experience in testing, calibration, fault diagnosis, and system optimization

✔ Soft Skills:

• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and high-pressure environments
