🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✅ Strong Oil & Gas, EPC, Refinery, Petrochemical, Offshore, or Industrial Construction experience

✅ Proven experience in large-scale fabrication, welding, rigging, scaffolding, blasting, coating, or civil projects

✅ Knowledge of international safety standards and quality requirements

✅ Experience with ADNOC, ARAMCO, or major EPC contractors will be highly preferred

✅ Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and execution capabilities

✅ Ability to work effectively in multicultural project environments
