👷 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀:

🔹 Facade Installers ($400–$650)
Skilled teams with hands-on experience in curtain wall systems, cladding, and exterior finishing works.

🔹 Drylining / Ceiling Specialists ($400–$650)
Teams experienced in gypsum board installation, partition systems, suspended ceilings, and finishing.

🔹 Carpenters & Joinery Teams ($400–$650)
Professionals specializing in woodwork, custom fittings, furniture, and structural carpentry.

🔹 Concrete Workers ($250–$350)
Teams experienced in formwork, rebar fixing, pouring, curing, and finishing of concrete structures.

🔹 Gangers / Foremen ($650–$900)
Team leaders with strong supervisory skills, capable of managing site crews, ensuring productivity, and maintaining safety standards.

🔹 Site Supervisors / Architects ($900–$1,400)
Experienced professionals with solid background in site supervision, planning, coordination, and architectural execution.

🔹 Technical / Project Managers ($900–$1,400)
Qualified leaders with proven expertise in project management, client coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery of construction projects.

📄 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
• Duration: 6–12 months (extendable based on performance and project requirements)
• Working Schedule: 6 days per week
• Immediate mobilization preferred
