We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled professionals for an upcoming Oil & Gas Shutdown Project in the UAE. These roles are critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of shutdown and maintenance activities. Candidates with strong field experience and leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply.
📌 Open Positions:
- Mechanical Foreman
- Mechanical Supervisor – Static Equipment
- Mechanical Supervisor – Rotating Equipment
🔧 Role Overview:
Selected candidates will be responsible for supervising and executing mechanical maintenance, inspection, and repair activities during shutdown operations. The roles require close coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all work is completed within strict timelines while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise shutdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper execution of work on static and rotating equipment.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Maintain strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and QA/QC teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure efficient resolution during shutdown.
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Oil & Gas shutdown projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and supervision.
- Expertise in handling static equipment (vessels, exchangers, tanks) and/or rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced shutdown environments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
