🎯 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
✔ Relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or ITI qualification as applicable
✔ 1–8 years of relevant industry experience depending on the position
✔ Experience in Transformer Manufacturing, Power Transformer Production, Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, Switchgear, Heavy Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Manufacturing will be highly preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing operations, quality control, maintenance planning, engineering design, or industrial systems
✔ Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards
